Return Policy:
Only wrong orders (made by sweetscentng.com) can be returned within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund or replacement. However, we must receive notification of return within 24 hours of receipt.
Goods must be returned in good condition with the original package and purchase receipt. Damaged or open products will not be accepted.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered or returned packages unless we make an error. Please make your selections carefully.

Returns are subject to shipping fees.
Refunds and Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
Promotional Terms & Conditions – When promotional items are included in the original transaction, it must be returned along with the order or the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

– Lack of authorization for any transaction.
– Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by you and your Bank.

All payments made for purchases on Sweetscentng.com by you must be made in Nigerian Naira, acceptable by the Central Bank of Nigeria. We do not accept any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Sweetscentng.com
Typographical Errors

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Sweetscent Collections upholds the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Sweetscent Collections may at our discretion; either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation while refunds will be processed.
Risk of loss
All items purchased from Sweetscentng.com are backed up to a shipment contract. This means that the Risk of Loss shall remain with Sweetscent Collections until the item is transferred to you. In the event that the items are damaged after receipt, the risk falls on the validated recipient or Customer.
